If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Sandro Sandri is formed only when we dispatch your order.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

3.4 Limited Edition

Sandro Sandri garments are produced in strictly limited quantities. Once a model or size is sold out, it will not be restocked. Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges for alternative sizes or models may not always be possible.

4. Prices and Taxes

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT) where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.2 Taxes

Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) for customers within the European Union, as required by Portuguese and EU law. For customers outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding taxes, and applicable customs duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order. All transactions are processed in Euros (€).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Europe: €9.50
United States/Canada: €14.50
Africa/Australia/South America: €13.50
Free Shipping: Available for orders with 2 or more items

5.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Delivery times may vary based on:

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit, but we will assist with carrier claims if necessary.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a reduced refund.

6.2 Original Packaging

Sandro Sandri products are delivered with carefully designed packaging and authenticity elements, including hang-tags, envelopes, and printed materials. To qualify for a full refund, all original packaging and accompanying elements must be returned in their original condition. Missing or damaged packaging may result in a partial refund or refusal of the refund.

6.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6.4 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Due to the limited edition nature of our products, alternative sizes or models may not always be available.

6.5 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.
